I Am the Avalanche was established by vocalist Vinnie Caruana.

The band also comprises drummer Brett “The Ratt” Romnes (who also produces the albums), and guitarist Brandon Swanson (former fill-in for Further Seems Forever). The band toured the United Kingdom before they played America.

I Am The Avalanche have played 2 of the biggest concert tours existing today: the Vans’ Warped Tour and The Bamboozle Festival.
